Qualifications:- SMU, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- Willing to relocate and commute across branches (Jakarta / Surabaya)
- Experienced as Store Manager or Supervisor in Beauty Clinic, Salon, or Hospitality industry
- Strong passion for the beauty industry — especially in eyelash, nails, and beauty grooming
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Implement and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee staff development, training, and performance improvement
- Make on-site decisions for daily operational needs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Prepare and submit daily closing reports to Finance & Accounting Department
- Understand and apply commission systems or employee payment structures
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (HRD, Finance & Accounting, etc. )
