. You will prepare and deliver high-quality business reports and provide excellent customer service to our clients in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Reports Responsible

  • Prepare company reports using sources prequalified by Companies House, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Format reports according to Companies House standards, maintaining consistency and compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Translate reports into English when necessary.

Customer Service

  • Process client orders via Service Desk and email with speed and accuracy.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding orders, reports, and general questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively follow up on report delivery timelines and inform clients of any potential delays.

Other / Ad-hoc

  • Verify user contributors on our website by cross-checking company data.

KPI Performance Indicators

  • Accuracy of reports and data.
  • Speed of client response and report delivery.
  • Client satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client inquiries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.

  • Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia (on-site).
