Key Responsibilities
Reports Responsible
- Prepare company reports using sources prequalified by Companies House, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Format reports according to Companies House standards, maintaining consistency and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Translate reports into English when necessary.
Customer Service
- Process client orders via Service Desk and email with speed and accuracy.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding orders, reports, and general questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively follow up on report delivery timelines and inform clients of any potential delays.
Other / Ad-hoc
- Verify user contributors on our website by cross-checking company data.
KPI Performance Indicators
- Accuracy of reports and data.
- Speed of client response and report delivery.
- Client satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client inquiries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
