Chef de Partie – Tanamera Coffee
Location: British School Jakarta, BSD Tangerang
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in your assigned section to company standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory.
- Support and guide commis and other kitchen team members.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or café kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
