As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance & Accounting team.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze product costing, pricing structures, and margin reports.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop, review, and update annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support financial audits and ensure accurate reporting for management.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting, costing, or budgeting (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, cost control methods, and budgeting processes.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
