Role Description
We are seeking a
Product Manager
to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of our cross-border payment solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, finance, operations, legal and business teams to enhance customer experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Develop a roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term strategy.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with executives, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align on product goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Advocate for customer needs while balancing business and technical constraints.
Product Development & Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Prioritize the backlog and define clear requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with engineering teams to refine technical feasibility and development timelines.
Data-Informed Decision Making:
Define and track key product KPIs to measure success.
- Use data analytics and customer feedback to inform product iterations.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize product features.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Guide and mentor Product Managers in best practices and career growth.
- Foster a strong product culture and advocate for continuous improvement.
Influence without direct authority to drive product success across teams.
Go-To-Market (GTM) & Post-Launch Optimization:
Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on GTM strategies.
- Ensure seamless product launches and adoption strategies.
- Continuously refine and optimize the product based on post-launch performance.
Qualifications:
- Education (Preferred but not mandatory):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience:
3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology-driven environments.
- A proven track record of shipping successful products and managing full product lifecycles.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud, data infrastructure).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence decisions.
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
