Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in training or retail operations, ideally in fashion, fragrance, or luxury retail

-Strong knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and customer behavior

-Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills

-Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms

-Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

-Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and able to travel to other regions if needed

Responsibilities:

-Identify and analyze training needs across departments and roles

-Develop and manage learning programs, both internal and external

-Prepare or curate training materials to support learning objectives

-Coordinate and maintain the training calendar

-Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
