Responsibilities
- Supervise daily and weekly M/E works in line with civil and structural schedules.
- Monitor M/E installation quality and progress to meet standards.
- Coordinate with other teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review M/E cost estimates for budgeting.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site M/E issues.
- Plan tasks and handle reporting using MS Office and AutoCAD.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, especially in industrial and estate development
- Proven ability to manage and resolve M/E technical issues on site
- Skilled in work planning, supervision, and coordination across departments
- Capable of providing clear direction and technical explanations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
