Job Purposes
The Data Analyst/Sales Operation role is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the sales team through data management, reporting, operational coordination, and ensuring smooth administrative processes related to both the Sales Team and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Perform P Level upgrades in accordance with the latest policies and data.
- Check and follow up on pending account openings to ensure proper completion.
- Update RM / Master status in the system based on verification results from the related team.
Weekly Tasks
- Prepare and submit the Management Weekly Report, including performance updates and sales progress.
- Attend weekly meetings with Department Head to discuss results, targets, and operational challenges.
- Recruit KOLs and Sales staff according to team needs and expansion targets.
Monthly Tasks
- Prepare and report the Management Monthly Report.
- Create and verify the Salary Report for the sales team.
- Calculate the TikTok Team Rebate.
- Set the Offline Budget for promotional and operational activities.
- Organize a monthly workshop as part of team development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Perform highly skills in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong data analysis and administrative management skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
