Job Description
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted relationship and communicate clearly/effectively to clients to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Maintain and support existing customers to ensure they continue using Accounting+ effectively, leading to the success of their own businesses.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
- Work with the sales and marketing team to share marketing information and/or drill customer references, NPS, and develop case studies
Requirements
- 1+ years experiences in same industry prefered
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will work with your accounts proactively to drive product adoption as well as act as the voice of clients.
- Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.

Looking for characters:
1 years experience in related fields (IT, Software Developer, Apps Consultant)
- Having a telemarketing abilities to manage a portfolio of customers, conducting regular check calls, executive business reviews, and adopting a proactive outreach strategy to mitigate risk.
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in a related field (e.q Accounting, Marketing, Business etc).
