We are seeking a
high-performing and strategic General Manager – Sales
to lead our business development and commercial efforts in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with strong market instincts, a robust professional network, and a passion for scaling impactful financial products. You will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and forming strategic partnerships that support the company's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders within the financial services ecosystem.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, especially in underbanked or emerging segments.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to ensure strong go-to-market execution.
- Represent the company in high-level external meetings, negotiations, and fintech events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to inform sales strategies.
- Drive commercial innovation by creating new channels, partnerships, and monetization models.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
· years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.
· Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex B2B/B2C deals.
· Strong understanding of the Indonesian financial landscape and regulatory environment.
· Strong ability to understand market dynamics and create profitable growth strategies.

· Possesses valuable contacts within banks, fintech, regulators, and/or enterprise clients.

· Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
