Job Description :

Create visual content for social media, websites, and marketing materials. Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or MidJourney) to generate ideas and design concepts.
Work with team members to get feedback and revise designs to meet project goals.
Keep design files organized and easily accessible for the team.
Present your work, collect feedback, and make improvements. Use AI to explore alternative design ideas.
Stay updated on design trends and use AI to gather insights and inspiration.
Maintain an up-to-date design portfolio and use AI to help write descriptions or create visual summaries.
Develop and execute more complex design projects, including branding, print, and digital campaigns. Lead the design of specific projects, from concept to final output.

Requirements :

Proficiency in Design Software: Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools. Familiarity with crafting effective prompts for AI design tools (e.g., generating image concepts via MidJourney, text - based inspiration via ChatGPT).
Typography and Layout Design: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition for visually appealing designs.
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Basic to intermediate UI/UX knowledge for intuitive digital interfaces.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts (or equivalent experience considered).
Familiarity with Web and Print Media: Familiarity with web, social media, and print media design best practices.
1-3 Years of Relevant Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant design experience + portfolio of successful projects. Demonstrated ability to use AI prompts to enhance design workflows or creative output.
Must be fluent in English
