Quality System Construction and Improvement:

  • Lead the establishment of a quality system that complies with Customers, Indonesia laws and regulations.

  • Ensure the system meets customer quality requirements and supports the internal quality management system.

  • System Operation Management:

  • Based on VDA and IATF16949 standards, establish a sub-factory quality management system and promote its implementation.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the company system through periodic reviews.

  • Quality System Audit:

  • Prepare, support, and perform quality system audits.

  • Regularly audit the system to identify operational problems and implement improvements.

  • System Process Improvement:

  • Monitor the performance of system processes and improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Customer Audit Support:

  • Prepare for and lead the customer audit process on-site.

  • Coordinate resources during the audit process and review the quality aspects.

  • LPA Process and Reports:

  • Perform and develop the LPA process and relevant reports.

  • QMS Document Development:

  • Develop and improve QMS-related documents to support the preparation, creation, and release phases.

  • Manage SQA team resources to support other departments in the development of QMS-related content.

  • QA Standard Reports and KPI Tracking:

  • Prepare QA-related standard reports, event-based reports, and track SQA KPIs.

  • Change Management:

  • Work on the Management of Change system by tracking and organizing relevant meeting activities, including CCB reviews.
