Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Banyumas. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency across various departments. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, leading cross-functional teams, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Operations Manager will work closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and address operational challenges.
