Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Manage office administration, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support payroll preparation and employee attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Provide general support to management and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
