Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage office administration, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support payroll preparation and employee attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Provide general support to management and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
