- IDC Site Physical Security Management
-Ensure the physical security of the IDC site and maintain overall safety, order, and operational stability of the facility.
-Implement and enforce site security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
-Conduct regular site patrols, identify security risks, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Personnel & Asset Access Compliance
-Ensure full compliance in personnel and asset access processes according to established standards.
-Oversee verification, approval, and documentation of personnel entry, visitor access, and asset movement to ensure traceability and security integrity.
-Maintain accurate access logs and participate in periodic access reviews.
- Documentation, Reporting & Indicator Implementation
-Prepare and maintain all security-related documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, monthly security summaries, and asset access records.
-Drive the implementation of security performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.
-Provide timely reporting to management and support audits or compliance checks.
- Security Coordination & Cross-team Collaboration
-Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of all security-related operations.
-Conduct security orientation or awareness briefings for personnel and visitors entering the site.
-Support emergency procedures related to security events and coordinate necessary responses.
- Project Promotion & Execution Support
-Promote and support security-related projects to ensure progress aligns with planned objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Other Responsibilities
-Perform any additional security-related tasks assigned by management.
-Support continuous improvements to enhance site security performance.
Basic Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in the local language and English;
- Experience in project promotion, cross-team communication, and personnel management, with an understanding of data centers and basic network architecture principles;
- Possess an educational background in property management, security technology, or related fields, with more than 2 years of experience in safety-related work;
- Proficient in high-standard safety management systems within the industry, with strong capabilities in emergency response and handling unexpected incidents;
- Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments, achieving alignment through communication, clarification, and expectation management.
