Job Description
- Develop manpower planning, KPIs, and strategic plans related to HR, GA, Purchasing, Branding, and IT.
- Prepare office budget planning.
- Control HR costs as well as office maintenance and asset expenses.
- Manage GA & IT assets.
- Supervise payroll and invoice processes within HR, GA, Purchasing, IT, and Branding.
- Maintain relationships with HR and Purchasing vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Back Office functions.
- Strong two-way communication skills and initiative.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
- Assertive, adaptable, visionary, multitasking, and detail-oriented.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
