Job Description

  • Develop manpower planning, KPIs, and strategic plans related to HR, GA, Purchasing, Branding, and IT.
  • Prepare office budget planning.
  • Control HR costs as well as office maintenance and asset expenses.
  • Manage GA & IT assets.
  • Supervise payroll and invoice processes within HR, GA, Purchasing, IT, and Branding.
  • Maintain relationships with HR and Purchasing vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Back Office functions.
  • Strong two-way communication skills and initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
  • Assertive, adaptable, visionary, multitasking, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
