Job Description:

  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee procurement of office equipment, furniture, and general utilities.
  • Handle company asset management (inventory, vehicles, office equipment).
  • Coordinate office repairs, security, cleaning, and vendor relationships.
  • Support logistics for company events, meetings, and business travel.
  • Manage correspondence, mail, and document control systems.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personal data.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and administrative documents.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Organize and coordinate Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Maintain records of meeting resolutions and corporate decisions.
  • Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and legal documents.
  • Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and corporate materials using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold a professional image in all company dealings.
