Job Responsibilities :
- Support daily operation of SAP and MES systems in daily manufacturing activities.
- Handle and monitor key SAP transactions (T-Codes)
- Ensure data synchronization between MES and SAP (especially material movement, production output, and stock updates).
- Provide first-level troubleshooting when users encounter issues or transaction errors.
- Conduct short training or refreshment sessions for several departments such as Production, Warehouse, PPIC, and Purchasing users related to system usage or new updates.
- Perform basic master data maintenance and ensure accuracy in transaction flow.
- Support small system improvement or testing when new features or updates are implemented.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports related to system activities, error logs, or improvement notes.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Application/IT ERP Staff in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with transaction codes (T-Codes) and SAP modules (user level), especially Production Planning, Material Management (MM), and Purchasing modules is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and data integration to SAP.
- Able to identify and solve basic SAP transaction issues (e.g., posting errors, incorrect movement types, missing data).
- Willing to work on-site in factory Jepara and able to join as soon as possible.
