Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting TNA for the collections team to analyze training needs
  • Create a training framework based on the results of the TNA that has been conducted
  • Conduct training using methods such as lectures, one-on-one coaching, and workshops for collection employees at various levels
  • Evaluate the training that has been conducted is effective and has an impact on the collections team
  • Create a Next training session based on the evaluation results of the previous training, if issues are still found after the initial training process
  • Conduct documentation after the training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from various background, human resources, communication or psychology
  • Experience at lease 1 years work in finance, banking, preferably experienced in P2P lending business.
  • Has the strong ability to deliver Training materials effectively.
  • Proficiency to using Microsoft PowerPoint to create training materials and other editing tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Excel of basic function like Vlookup and Pivot Table
