  • We are seeking a dynamic and proactive KOL Manager (Key Opinion Leader) to lead and expand our TikTok KOL marketing business in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with TikTok KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and ultimately drive sales growth in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • KOL Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive TikTok KOL marketing strategies that are closely aligned with brand goals, Indonesian market trends, and consumer insights.

Plan marketing activities that effectively increase user engagement, brand awareness, and conversions, and set clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

  • KOL Research and Identification:

Identify and establish partnerships with leading and mid-sized (micro) TikTok KOLs in Indonesia who align with the brand's values, target audience, and objectives.

Continuously monitor TikTok trends and emerging KOLs to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the platform.

  • Campaign Execution and Management:

Lead the end-to-end execution of KOL marketing campaigns, covering project planning, content creation, final delivery, and performance analysis.

Ensure that the content created by KOLs complies with brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing strategy.

  • Negotiation and Collaboration:

Negotiate contract terms, cooperation details, and compensation with KOLs and KOL agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, PR, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of KOL content into the overall marketing strategy.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor the performance of TikTok KOL marketing campaigns, track key metrics (such as engagement, reach, conversion rate), and optimize strategies accordingly.

Regularly report on campaign effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and KOL influence analysis to management.

  • Community Building:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, cultivate loyalty to drive continued cooperation.

Participate in community management and interact with KOL's followers to ensure positive brand reputation.

  • Market and Competitor Insights:

Monitor competitors' TikTok KOL marketing strategies and analyze trends in the Indonesian digital marketing landscape.

Use data and insights to continuously improve and adjust KOL marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Have experience in KOL marketing or KOL management (provide proof), preferably with experience on TikTok. Prior experience in the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market is preferred.

  • Have a deep understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and communication abilities.

  • Creative and able to think outside the box to create content.

  • Proficient in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English (written and spoken).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Conditions

  • Have experience with brands in the lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce industries.

  • Have existing TikTok KOL connections in Indonesia.
