Location and working arrangement:

Willing to be placed at Malang - East Java with full WFO work mechanism (Mon-Fri).

What would you do:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual customers and business clients (B2C & B2B)

  • Lead end-to-end business partnership processes: from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to implementation

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to plan and execute customer-focused campaigns

  • Represent the company in external meetings, events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and build strategic alliances

  • Provide market insights, trend analysis, and business development reports for internal stakeholders

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.

  • Min 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or relationship management (preferably in retail, creative, and hospitality)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset in identifying growth opportunities

  • Comfortable working with sales/partnership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Proficient in digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and presentation tools

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as startups or lifestyle brands
