Job Overview
As a Visual Designer, you turn ideas and brand guidelines into clear, compelling visuals across digital and print. The role spans website assets, social media, campaign materials, and occasional print, partnering closely with marketing and e-commerce to deliver consistent, on-brand design.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual designs for digital platforms (website, social media, campaigns) and print when needed.
- Translate creative briefs into visuals aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and other teams to deliver effective visual solutions.
- Stay current with design trends and conduct visual research to keep the brand fresh and appealing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as a graphic/visual designer (full-time or freelance) with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, composition, and branding.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas and guidelines into compelling visuals.
- High attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and consistent design quality.
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability.
- Photography knowledge is a plus.
