Support our HR, General Affairs, and Legal teams in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

General Affairs

  • Manage procurement of office supplies (stationery, pantry, and other needs)
  • Coordinate with vendors for office cleaning, maintenance, and repair services
  • Ensure proper documentation and distribution of office assets
  • Conduct regular office facility checks and propose repairs when necessary

Human Resources

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Input and maintain employee database
  • Manage and update employee records regularly
  • Process employee BPJS registration and deactivation

Legal Support

  • Archive company legal documents
  • Prepare documents required for company legal registration
  • Provide requested legal documents in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably Management, Administration, or Psychology)
  • Experience in General Affairs, Human Resources, or HR Administration is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good understanding of HR or GA administrative processes
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
  • Communicative, proactive, and adaptable
