The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs across digital, print, and social media platforms that align with each client's identity and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is proficient in design tools, stays updated with trends, and can deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube), websites, emailers, and advertisements.
- Design marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, posters, infographics, flyers, standees, and merchandise.
- Develop brand-consistent graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, and UI elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to understand requirements and deliver designs that drive engagement.
- Edit and retouch images, create GIFs, short motion graphics, and video thumbnails.
- Support occasional content shoots for short-form videos as needed.
- Maintain and evolve each client's visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use (CMYK/RGB, proper resolutions, bleed settings).
Key Qualifications we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency/startup/corporate).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with AI-based design and video tools.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, or Sketch is a plus.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Basic to intermediate video shooting skills with knowledge of lighting and composition.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and basic video editing is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of social media formats and platform-specific design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts.
- Videography skills (e.g., smartphone/DSLR shooting, gimbal use, on-set basics) are a valuable bonus.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse work (digital, print, branding, social media) is mandatory.
