Job Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage video production strategies that support marketing campaigns, product launches, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
- Plan and execute creative video concepts aligned with beauty and lifestyle trends.
Maintain a content calendar for video shoots, ensuring timely delivery.
Video Production & Direction
Lead the videography team in producing tutorials, product demos, campaign videos, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and social media reels.
- Direct on-set production, including lighting, product styling, and shooting techniques that highlight beauty products effectively.
Ensure videos emphasize product benefits, textures, and application methods in visually appealing ways.
Post-Production & Quality Control
Oversee editing, color grading, retouching, and motion graphics to ensure professional output.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines in all video content.
Review and approve final outputs before publishing.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing, social media, and product teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling video content.
- Coordinate with models, makeup artists, stylists, and creative teams during shoots.
Manage external vendors or freelancers if required.
Team & Project Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise the videography team (videographers, editors, assistants).
- Manage video production budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Recap all the video who already upload with the performance of video
- Analyze the performance video trend and make a summary and planning
- Weekly and Monthly Report Preparation for BOD
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in videography, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven portfolio in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in video production equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio).
- Advanced editing and post-production skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of color grading, product highlighting techniques, and motion graphics.
- Experience producing videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, e-commerce).
- High attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
