About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at PT PANCA UTAMA ASIA.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and direct the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and controls
- Manage and mentor the finance team with positive and collaborative work environment
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Able to make tax invoice
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in finance management role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficient in the use of financial software (accurate) and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
