The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in the digital industry is a plus
- Familiar with the modern recruitment process
- Familiar with Google workspace and Job Portal processing
- Comfortable working in a high paced environment
- Experienced in HR matters such as BPJS, working agreement, attendance, C&B, and people development
- Good command of English (written and speaking)
- Familiar with Talenta HRIS
Responsibilities:
- Ensure recruitment and personnel administration by candidates sourcing, recruit, cooperate with line managers to schedule the interview and selection candidates to get the right person for all vacancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately
- Provide support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion, and offboarding)
- Cover the HR administrative tasks
- Able to join immediately
