Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
- Conduct discovery calls to analyze client needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Pitch and demonstrate customized SaaS solutions to SMEs and Enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing consultation and product insights.
- Negotiate and close partnership contracts.
- Conduct market research and support business strategy development.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Represent the company in client meetings, product demos, or business events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably in SaaS, IT System Integrator, or Tech Industry.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS/technology solutions with long sales cycles and successful deal closures.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Basic understanding of software implementation or IT/system integration is an advantage.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
