Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail industry.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp (or similar 3D layout tools).
Strong understanding of aesthetics, lighting, store traffic flow, and visual consumer behavior.
Highly creative and detail-oriented with a strong visual sense.
Able to work under tight campaign deadlines.
Willing to travel regularly for in-store visits and display execution.
Must provide a portfolio showcasing past visual merchandising projects or displays.
Responsibilities:
Design attractive and brand-aligned product displays and store layouts.
Develop planograms based on SKU priorities and promotional campaigns.
Refresh store displays regularly to align with seasonal themes, monthly campaigns, and retail trends.
Develop and update the Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines for all Retail Stores.
Execute visual merchandising implementation in all stores directly or via coordination with store teams.
Conduct routine store visits to ensure visual standards and SOP compliance are maintained.
Provide visual support for events, pop-ups, and flagship activations.
Create VM reports based on display compliance, customer feedback, and sales impact.
Work closely with store teams to assess visual merchandising effectiveness on product sell-through.
