- Bachelor's degree
in computer science, IT or related discipline - At least 2-3 years of work experience in
IT support, system administration and/or production support roles - Must be familiar with
Java scripting knowledge and Jasper report - Database knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL are essential
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Can speak English is preferable
