Qualification:
- Experienced, 1 year min. as Receptionist in National or Multinational Company
- Language Proficiency : Able to speak active English is a must, also able to speak active Mandarin is preferable.
Job Description :
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing information and directing them to the appropriate destination.
- Handle phone calls, screen calls, and forward messages. Receive and respond to incoming emails.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents.
- Ensure the lobby, waiting area, and reception desk are always neat, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, monitor, and control guest access.
- Perform clerical tasks such as copying, photocopying, and filing documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments or staff as needed.
- Provide assistance such as providing and recording taxi vouchers to users according to procedures, and taking care of other details for user/guest convenience.
