Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and awareness.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity development initiatives.
  • Identify and secure leads for offline activations, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing events, activations, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support other marketing efforts such as sampling programs, product launches, and community engagement activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of branding guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in event management, offline marketing, or brand activation, especially in the Food & Beverages industry.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while paying attention to detail.
