Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and awareness.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity development initiatives.
- Identify and secure leads for offline activations, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support other marketing efforts such as sampling programs, product launches, and community engagement activities.
- Oversee the implementation of branding guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Has 1-3 years of experience in event management, offline marketing, or brand activation, especially in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while paying attention to detail.
