MidPlaza Holding is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our Corporate Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and foster career growth. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational objectives and support a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective learning and development strategies based on organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop relevant training programs.
  • Create engaging training materials and resources, including e-learning modules and workshops.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Develop leadership development initiatives and succession planning programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to support employee onboarding and career development programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training offerings.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design roles.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience in designing e-learning courses and using learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Certification in learning and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for training initiatives.
