About the role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our Kelapa Gading, Jakarta operations for Shengnuowei Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our company.
What you’ll be doing- Providing strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the business, including sales, finance, and HR
- Developing and implementing effective business plans to achieve short and long-term goals
- Optimising operational efficiency and productivity to enhance profitability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive growth
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work culture that empowers and motivates the team
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven track record of successful leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in the manufacturing/engineering industry
- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret financial data to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Proven experience in implementing operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
