Requirements
l A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
l At least 1 Year of working experience in Tenant Relation/Customer Service
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, management, and vendors
l Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address tenant concerns and disputes
l Positive attitude and strong work ethic
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
l Good English communication skills

Job Descriptions
l Establish and maintain effective communication with tenants to professionally address their needs, concerns, and inquires
l Provide tenants with information regarding building facilities, events, etc
l Collect feedback and suggestions from all tenants for continuous improvements and relay this information to the management team
l Offer tenants information regarding their rights and responsibilities
l Act as a mediator in tenant disputes or issues, working towards the best resolutions
l Timely and responsive communication in handling work-related emails and chat inquiries
l Prepare daily or monthly report
