Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO and customer requirements.
- Establish, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health and and Safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and international best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments across all operational areas, identifying potential hazards (e.g., machinery, chemicals, ergonomics) and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead the facility's safety training programs for all employees, covering fire safety, machine guarding, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, and emergency response.
- Investigate all workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses, documenting findings and ensuring timely corrective measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring compliance with local environmental laws and standards (e.g., waste management, air emissions, water usage).
- Act as the primary contact for all external QHSE audits (customer, regulatory, and certification bodies).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
- Certification in relevant QHSE standards (e.g., AK3U, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
