Job Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain the facility's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO and customer requirements.
Establish, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health and and Safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and international best practices.
Conduct regular risk assessments across all operational areas, identifying potential hazards (e.g., machinery, chemicals, ergonomics) and implementing mitigation strategies.
Lead the facility's safety training programs for all employees, covering fire safety, machine guarding, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, and emergency response.
Investigate all workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses, documenting findings and ensuring timely corrective measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.
Develop and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring compliance with local environmental laws and standards (e.g., waste management, air emissions, water usage).
Act as the primary contact for all external QHSE audits (customer, regulatory, and certification bodies).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
3+ years of progressive experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
Certification in relevant QHSE standards (e.g., AK3U, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
Willing to be placed in Bandung.
