Responsibilities- Develop and optimize NLP pipelines for sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and text summarization, etc.
- Fine-tune and implement IndoBERT, Hugging Face Transformers, and LLMs for production use cases.
- Build automation systems to replace repetitive manual data processing and reporting tasks.
- Implement clustering, embedding-based search, and semantic retrieval to enhance data insights.
- Build and maintain chatbots and conversational AI integrated with APIs.
- Work with Elasticsearch and vector databases for search and retrieval solutions.
- Occasionally work on computer vision projects (image classification, object detection, OCR, etc.).
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ML modeling.
- Deploy ML/NLP/CV models using Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, and containerized environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Technical Skills:
- NLP & AI: IndoBERT, Hugging Face Transformers, topic extraction, summarization, sentiment analysis, ABSA, embeddings (Sentence-BERT, OpenAI), clustering, entity recognition & Langchain.
- Search & Retrieval: Elasticsearch, vector search, semantic search, RAG.
- DevOps & Tools: SSH, Linux CLI, Git, ML/NLP model deployment to production.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical & critical thinking
- Clear communication of complex technical ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or projects in ML, NLP, chatbot, summarization, or LLM-based applications.
- GitHub portfolio showcasing NLP/ML/AI work (e.g., sentiment engine, topic extraction, summarization, Elasticsearch search systems).
