Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the Executive’s daily needs
  • Arranging, scheduling, and reminding all appointments, agendas, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle flight, hotel, or ground transportation travel requests (including visa applications)
  • Manage individual expense claims with multi-currencies
  • Provide all Executive’s needs
  • Carry out additional tasks that will be given by Executive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Communication, or any related field
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and good looking personality
  • Actively learn new things and have high initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office or G Suite
  • High-level multitasking ability, excellent organizational and time management capability
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willing to work out of office or as required by executives
  • Good in spoken Mandarin/Hokkian will be an advantage
