Job Descriptions:

1.Work closely with business teams to gain deep understanding of their needs.

2.Take full responsibilities for end-to-end recruitment process, responsible for sourcing, interview arrangement, developing and maintaining varieties of recruitment channels, salary negotiations, offer process and onboarding management.

  • Analyse recruitment data, follow the recruitment progress, and make recruitment daily or weekly report.

  • Routine work like maintain human resources database, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Have
    recruiter
    work experiences and
    minimum of 2 years' experience within the industry
    . Working experience in international companies will be a plus.

2.Solid knowledge of
HR operations
, familiar with labor law and common HR knowledge. Talent mapping will be a plus.

3.Good English skills (both oral and written) is a
must.
Mandarin will be a plus.

4.Self-driven, good interpersonal and communication skills.
