As a PPIC Staff, you will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure seamless workflow from raw materials to finished goods. You will collaborate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain accurate schedules, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
What You'll Do :- Create and maintain production planning and scheduling based on customer orders and material availability
- Monitor production progress and update schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available according to plan
- Analyze material usage, inventory levels, and production capacity to prevent shortages or overstock
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and communicate updates to related departments
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate effectively across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
