Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand
B2B sales operations
within the footwear sector. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with
buyers, agents, factories, and key stakeholders
. - Conduct
market analysis, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision making
. - Lead
negotiations
and ensure delivery against significant contracts. - Create, implement, and roll out
strategic account planning and relationship development strategies
. - Drive
regional/global sales initiatives
and contribute to team objectives. - Present proposals, solutions, and results effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any commercial discipline from a reputable public/private institute.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in
B2B sales
, ideally within the
footwear, apparel, or manufacturing sectors
. - Proven track record in sales, preferably in a
footwear environment
. - Experience working with
buying offices, agents, and factories
in the footwear or apparel industry is highly desirable. - Familiarity with
footwear supply chains, industry dynamics, and manufacturing processes
. - Ability to communicate in
Mandarin
is highly desirable. - Fluency in
English
(written and spoken). - Proficiency in
CRM tools and digital sales platforms
