Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand
    B2B sales operations
    within the footwear sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with
    buyers, agents, factories, and key stakeholders
    .
  • Conduct
    market analysis, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision making
    .
  • Lead
    negotiations
    and ensure delivery against significant contracts.
  • Create, implement, and roll out
    strategic account planning and relationship development strategies
    .
  • Drive
    regional/global sales initiatives
    and contribute to team objectives.
  • Present proposals, solutions, and results effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align business strategies with customer needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any commercial discipline from a reputable public/private institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in
    B2B sales
    , ideally within the
    footwear, apparel, or manufacturing sectors
    .
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a
    footwear environment
    .
  • Experience working with
    buying offices, agents, and factories
    in the footwear or apparel industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with
    footwear supply chains, industry dynamics, and manufacturing processes
    .
  • Ability to communicate in
    Mandarin
    is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in
    CRM tools and digital sales platforms
    .
