We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing data-driven technology solutions to help clients achieve measurable business results.
You will be responsible for:
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into configuration specifications and implementation plans.
- Design and configure data structures, workflows, and logic to meet business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
- Conduct system and data testing, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical advice and support during implementation, including user training and post-go-live assistance.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize system configurations to improve efficiency and data reliability.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactive issue management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT software implementation and data configuration.
- Proven experience in project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of data management, data mapping, or data integration is highly desirable.
- Experience with full SDLC methodologies and configuration-based solutions.
- Exposure to data warehouse or analytics projects is a plus.
- Minimum pre-intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Strong collaboration, time management, and an ownership mindset.
