Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing (digital marketing experience is preferred).
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Maximum age 40 years.
- Willing to travel intercity.
- Willing to work on the weekend, especially during events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to support company objectives.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, workshop and exhibition.
- Manage product branding and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
