- High School grads with CS BPO experience
- English B2 minimum
- Excellent written English
- Communicative
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday & Permanent Night Shift
- Willing to place in SURAKARTA
Responsibility :
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
