STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)
Qualifications :
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Law, Management or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SOP development and implementation
• Strong understanding of business process management, quality systems, or internal audit
• Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Job Description :
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of existing SOPs
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of operational procedures
• Conduct training and socialization of SOPs to relevant employees
• Support initiatives related to quality improvement, operational efficiency, and risk control
