Responsibilities
  • Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions
  • To maintain high standard of all food preparation and hygiene in Chinese Kitchen & Banquet
  • Develop new product & trends
  • Ensuring Guest delight & able to mingling with guest
  • To ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation
  • Consistently prepare culinary items according to established recipes and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas, strict adherence to Food Safe, HACCP programs and professional grooming/personal hygiene standards
  • Ensure compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Has at least 3 years experience in similar capacity or an International chain Hotel
  • Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa
  • Creativity with new products & update in global trends, eye attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills & self motivated
  • Pleasant personality, integrity & positive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure & willing to work flexible hours
  • Good team work, work ethics & integrity
  • Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
