Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) preferred from Management, Human Resources or related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR Admin or Banking Industry
- Good communication skill in English both written and spoken
- Good analytical, a keen eye for detail and service oriented
- Highly motivated and able to work in team environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support in end to end process of Recruitment & HRBP Administration (e.g. Job Posting, Interview Arrengement, Pre-Screening Interview, MCU Arrangement, etc.)
- Input hiring data on HCMS and Medallion system
- Update any changes in HCMS regarding employment status staff (new joiner, resign, employee mobility, etc.)
- Support HRBP in administration activity (e.g. drafting Memo, changing organization structure, email blast communication, etc.)
- Prepare monthly report for Sourcing Pipeline, Job Description completion, Integrity Pact Completion, etc.
- Assist in offboarding process
- Assist in P&P review related to HRBP
- Liaise with User and Employee regarding HRBP & Talent Acquisition matters
