Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) preferred from Management, Human Resources or related major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR Admin or Banking Industry
  • Good communication skill in English both written and spoken
  • Good analytical, a keen eye for detail and service oriented
  • Highly motivated and able to work in team environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support in end to end process of Recruitment & HRBP Administration (e.g. Job Posting, Interview Arrengement, Pre-Screening Interview, MCU Arrangement, etc.)
  • Input hiring data on HCMS and Medallion system
  • Update any changes in HCMS regarding employment status staff (new joiner, resign, employee mobility, etc.)
  • Support HRBP in administration activity (e.g. drafting Memo, changing organization structure, email blast communication, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly report for Sourcing Pipeline, Job Description completion, Integrity Pact Completion, etc.
  • Assist in offboarding process
  • Assist in P&P review related to HRBP
  • Liaise with User and Employee regarding HRBP & Talent Acquisition matters
