Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for industrial equipment and solutions in the water sector, focusing on valves, pumps, pipelines, and water treatment systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, maximize revenue, and achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders, including PDAMs (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum), the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and other relevant water utility and infrastructure organizations.
- Actively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities in the water utilities and infrastructure sector.
- Conduct client meetings, present technical solutions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and government projects to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the water sector or industrial valves industry.
- Proven track record of selling industrial equipment such as valves, pumps, pipelines, or water treatment systems.
- Strong professional network within the water utilities and infrastructure space in Indonesia.
- Direct experience working with or selling to PDAMs and/or the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
