Job Descriptions :
- Lead research activities related to digital trends, social economics politics issues, digital audience behaviour, media monitoring,
- Design and execute research projects that support editorial and commercial strategies.
- Analyze digital engagement metrics, popular current issues in any field
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content performance across platforms.
- Collaborate with editorial, programming, marketing, and digital teams.
- Supervise and mentor research analysts to ensure high-quality and timely outputs.
- Prepare regular reports, writing article based on data and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
- Liaise with external research agencies and data providers (e.g., Similarweb, google analytics, BPS, Statista).
Job Spesification :
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, social sciences, economy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media and social economy research, data analytics, or audience insight.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative method, digital analytics, social and economic research, audience research.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, media monitoring tools, and social media analytics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, news writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a small to mid-sized team.
- Passionate about media, social economy dan politics issue, content trends, and audience behavior.
