Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain
iOS and/or Android
mobile applications for insurance-related products and services. - Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX Designers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Implement new features such as e-policy viewing, claim submission, premium payment, customer onboarding, and digital verification.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party systems including payment gateways, KYC services, and CRM platforms.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and compliance standards required in the insurance environment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to application architecture, development processes, and release notes.
- Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven
experience (2–5 years) as a Mobile Developer
, iOS Developer, or Android Developer - Proficiency in
Flutter - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration with backend services.
- Experience with version control tools (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience in secure coding practices, encryption, and data protection (especially for financial/insurance applications).
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment is an advantage.
